Payment Options

For your convenience, White Horse Equestrian accepts:

  • AfterPay
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Direct Deposit (by arrangement)

If you would prefer to pay via direct deposit, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Please note all orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch.
At this time, WHE does not offer account facilities or credit terms.

Reservation of Title

All goods remain the property of White Horse Equestrian until full payment has been received and cleared, including payments made by cheque or bank transfer.

Backorders

As WHE designs and imports our own exclusive product range, there may occasionally be periods where selected items temporarily sell out.

Should an item in your order be unavailable, we will contact you promptly with:

✔ Alternative product options where available
✔ The option of a full refund if preferred

We always aim to keep stock levels strong and minimise backorders wherever possible.

Due to Australia’s varying weather conditions, WHE offers the following manufacturer warranties from the original date of purchase:

(Chinese manufactured light steel model)

✔ 6 Month Warranty

5200SS, 5200GAL, 5200FRAME, 5200ALU

✔ 10 Year Structural Warranty on metal components

Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, accidental damage, or incorrect installation.

Saddlery & Leather Goods

WHE leather products are designed for:

✔ Show ring competition
✔ Led classes
✔ General show horse work
✔ General everyday riding

Our products are not designed or recommended for:

  • Racing
  • Trackwork
  • Sporting disciplines
  • Heavy workload applications

Work Reins

Our work reins are designed for light show horse use only.

For jumping, trackwork, or higher intensity disciplines, we recommend using buckle-end reins better suited to heavier workloads.

Pricing Policy

While every effort is made to ensure pricing is accurate, WHE reserves the right to correct pricing errors or update pricing without prior notice.
