Shipping & Returns


Returns Policy

We strictly abide by NSW Fair Trading rules and regulations.

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a store credit. If in extenuating circumstances we decide to offer a refund, it will be less the full cost of the original shipping, not the subsidised amount published. Also we have a 20% charge of the total Invoice cost as a restocking fee. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you wish to return an item for exchange that you wrongly ordered we do ask that the original swing tags are still attached and that there are no marks on the leather/product from the buckles. If WHE does decide to accept a return without, any original packaging, and/or the swing tags then we have a 20% re-stocking fee.

PLEASE NOTE if an item was paid for via Afterpay or PayPal and we do accept the return a fee of 8% is charged as that is what we are charged by those companies.

WHE will not accept bits for exchange due to health reasons.

Under no circumstances will oiled or used gear be accepted for return.

Any item on SALE or in our SPECIALS section is absolutely non refundable and will be posted Standard Post.

If we do issue a refund, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


For deliveries within Australia, we attempt to ship your purchase that same day or the following day if your order has not been received by the nominated cut off time, after your order has been processed and paid for. Please take into account weekends and Public Holidays. In Australia all our products are sent to our customers via Express Post with a Tracking Number, except for our Wall Mount Hose Booms which are sent conventional mail due to their size and weight.

WHE use Australian Post for all our deliveries, you will be supplied with a Tracking Number, in case you wish to track your purchase.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. WHE  also request that if not in Australia you understand that any Taxes and Charges that your country imposes are your responsibility. We have  an AUD$35.00 Flat Rate postage charge for all International purchases on our leather goods, our Code 5200 Wall Mount Hose Booms are excluded from this. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.
