Returns & Exchanges
We proudly comply with all Australian Consumer Law requirements.
If for any reason your purchase isn’t quite right, most new and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for return, items must:
✔ Be unused and in original condition
✔ Have all original tags attached
✔ Be returned in original packaging where possible
✔ Show no signs of wear, oiling, buckle marks, or use
If an item is returned without original tags or packaging and accepted at our discretion, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
Please note:
- Bits cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
- Oiled, used, marked, or altered gear cannot be accepted for return.
- Sale items and products purchased from our Specials section are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
In special circumstances where a refund is approved (rather than store credit or exchange), the following may apply:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- A 20% restocking fee may apply.
- Orders paid via Afterpay or PayPal may incur an 8% processing fee, reflecting merchant processing charges.
If we’ve made an error, or your item arrives faulty or incorrect, we’ll make it right—including covering return shipping where applicable.
Refund processing time is typically 5–10 business days after your return has been received and approved.
